As a relatively small unit of the Schwein business unit, the on-site slaughterhouse no longer meets the company's economic requirements for capacity utilization and efficiency. Unlike slaughtering and cutting, however, the production of sausage products is to be continued.


Buy
We bought all machinery and equipment in 2014. In Weimar pigs were slaughtered.

Dismounting
We cleared the slaughterhouse in no time and returned it to its owner. All systems were expanded so that the full functionality was ensured.

New Life
We were able to sell all machinery and equipment to one customer in Asia. There, the slaughterhouse has since been rebuilt.
