In the autumn of 2021, PROGRESSU got in touch with the right contacts to buy the inventory of a small factory, with an ingeniously production line setup for producing organic soups, sauces and pasta.

The compact factory went in operation not so long ago, in 2018. Unfortunately, disaster struck and the factory had to close in 2019 due to financial reasons. The production line, which was in excellent condition, came to a standstill. PROGRESSU was given the opportunity to find a new owner for this remarkable setup. 

DISMOUNT

As usual, we first mapped out the dismantling activities. The most important question always remains: how does PROGRESSU ensure that the machines can be successfully installed with the new owner?

Special projects require a special approach. That was the reason for PROGRESSU to scan this line in its entirety in 3D, and to realize an Augmented Reality experience from the 3D scans. The result can be viewed here.

NEW LIFE

PROGRESSU was then able to sell this production line. Some components were sold as a package, some components were sold as parts. By coordinating well with our customers, we were able to disassemble the various sections in a tight schedule and load them onto the correct trucks to the final destination. Unsold machines and parts were then transported to our own warehouse for future resale.
