Fryers are used to deep-fry your product by means of a continuous frying process. This way one can be sure of a constant product quality. The fryer capacity can range depending on the belt width and length sizes. However, the possibility to vary in conveyer sizes exists. Industrial continuous fryers can be heated with thermal oil, gas or electricity.
A Teflon grill or infeed belt are installed at the infeed section of the continuous fryers, so that flour or tempura coated products are prevented from sticking onto the conveyer before surface is hardened.
Grillmarker or barmarker
Grill markers or bar markers are used to improve the presentation of your end product. They are used to leave oblique, straight or chequered marks on food ingredients such as meat, poultry, fish and vegetables.
Grill markers are able to grill both sides at the same time, with the possibility to adjust to the product thickness and use different profiles, in order to improve the appearance of the end product.
