In 1978 the plant in Hammelburg was taken over by Lutz. Until 2015 it remained a location for convenience food.

Buy
We bought the factory in 2015 after it became clear that production had stopped at this site.

Dismounting
In three months we gutted the whole factory and dismounted every machine and equipment part. We needed 37 trucks to store all inventory safely.

New Life
The freezers in Hammelburg were in mint condition. We were able to resell these directly in Germany. We auctioned all other inventory which is still used worldwide today. A lot of the inventory has found a new life in South America.
